I swear by Dr. Williams and highly recommend her. She cured my back issues and is also working on my acid reflux... I am already off one medicine for it. I've been dealing with both problems for years, and this is the first relief I've gotten. God bless Dr. Williams! She is extremely personable and polite... Not stuck up AT ALL. She truly cares about her patients! And, I like the fact she is also board certified in internal medical, not just an acupuncturist. That's an extra cushion of comfort for me. It's true, she does not accept insurance, but I am unaware of any doctor in alternative medicine who does. Insurance companies want to bleed you dry and get their cut! I've recommended her to 3 of my friends.
There are little places like this! To have you around this area is at true blessing!
Excellent results! A few of areas I've been helped are: Bell's Palsy - Medical doctor said on a scale of one to six I was a five with little chance of full recovery. Four visits with Dr. Williams I was completely better. Key to Bell's Palsy get treatment soon after onset of it. I received first treatment four days after onset. A-Fib - After successful cardioversion I have received monthly acupuncture treatments. Results I've cut medicine in half and remained in sinus rhythm. No longer looking at ablation procedure. Back Pain - Had gotten physical therapy and pain persisted. Dr. Williams discovered pulled muscle in my back and treated it. Result pain gone. Tendinitis of Lower Leg/Ankle - Just a couple of treatments and pain gone. These are just a few of the areas I've received successful treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.
Unfortunately, I didn't even get to be seen by Dr. Ying Williams. I called her office to explore options (re: insurance, out of pocket, etc.). At the mere mention of insurance, the person answering the phone launched into a rant about how difficult it is for them to get paid from insurance, asking if I had even researched it (I had) etc. This was so concerning. I stopped him and asked "But you do care about helping people, right?" intending to refocus the conversation on my health needs so we could discuss options. He responded "We care about getting paid, she doesn't work for free." I let him know I had heard enough and hung up. I've scheduled a new patient appointment at a different clinic.
