I love this dry cleaner. They've been able to get stains out that I never would be able to. They have great customer service. I trust them with my expensive designer items.
I came in with a WHITE silk dress that had multiple food and RED wine stains from a too rambunctious birthday party- I had little faith all the stains and food would come out— but to my amazement and happiness the dress came back looking good as new!! Amazing! Love this place!!
Worst service ever! They made me wait 3 weeks and returned damaged item. Initially stuff was pleasant but as soon as there was an issue I heard “ hey lady calm down is just a dress” rude unprofessional Service. On top of it they still charge without refund even though they haven’t delivered. No one cares in this store they made me come back 3 times and every time they said is additional week. I mean how long does it take to fix/clean an item 2 months? Reconsider seriously there are many other better stores in south beach with pleasant stuff and good service. The last thing they clame to be open on Saturday which they asked me to come back I stayed and called In front of the store for 30min, no one inside . It was closed. The staff doesn’t respect working hours same as customers.
Diego gives a very bad service (according to him, manager) treats customers like garbage. He made me go to the store three times for my clothes, because he couldn't find her. The production staff had to assist me (They did solve). Every time I go Diego has the same attitude with all clients, I hope the owners take action, because Diego will destroy the business.
